Almond Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Almond Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches sure are a classic! Kids to adults enjoy them and they never fail to make a quick, simple, and delicious meal. So what’s the downside? PB&J’s aren’t exactly the healthiest option. Luckily, my take on the classic sandwich provides a healthier twist, loaded with nutrients and packed with flavour!

Benefits

  • Ezekiel bread is a Mark Wahlberg favorite (the only thing fat on Marky Mark is his bank account!). Check out his lifestyle here!
  • Raw Organic Almond Butter is much healthier than peanut butter and still packs the flavour!
  • Raspberries and honey are a great alternative to traditional jams, with no preservatives and way less sugar.
  • When choosing your protein powder, opt for a natural protein powder. Again, these have fewer preservatives and still pack that protein punch!
