What is a News-Free Diet and How Can it Help Me?

The internet is saturated with the term diet. No matter where you turn, you will find a plethora of diets; some that are useful for the everyday person and some that are downright extreme. I wanted to touch a bit on the world of dieting, but not your traditional low-carb or juice diets, or anything along those lines. I am talking about a news-free diet.

What is a news-free diet and how can it help me?

With the vast amount of information on the internet surrounding dieting, it can be easy to stumble upon and experiment with something that may not work for you or worst case scenario, may pose negative ramifications to you and your body. Taking a step back from analyzing what everyone else is doing and fixating on your goals can have a drastic impact on your life.

The amount of negative news out there on a daily basis is mind-boggling and if you constantly take in that negative news, it’s inevitable that it will pollute your mind with negativity or information not necessary to your individual situation. By shifting focus in regards to the information you allow into your life, it will impact how your entire day evolves. The way your day evolve impacts your level of fitness because if you go into a workout with a positive mindset, it will positively change the way you workout and the way you interact with people. Of course, it will have a dramatic impact on the way you eat; when you are fixated on your own journey in a positive light as opposed to what everyone else is doing, you will show more care and responsibility towards what you consume.

If you try a news-free diet for 30 days, I believe you will see a dramatic impact on how your view the world and how you view your workouts, relationships, business life, social life, and overall mood. It really is astonishing the power this can have on your life.
