Salad ingredients tossed in a homemade lemon-mustard-extra virgin olive oil dressing:

➡️ organic greens

➡️ organic arugula

➡️ organic micro basil

➡️ organic roasted seaweed (from gimMe)

➡️ organic green olives (@sardofoods)

➡️ raw pecans (pre-soaked)

➡️ lemon ginger raw crunch granola (@rawcology) all small-cap to be consistent

➡️ raw pumpkin seeds (excellent source of zinc!)

➡️ freshly ground black pepper

➡️ a pinch of REDMOND Real Salt

➡️ 3 asparagus spears, blanched or raw, chopped

➡️ a forkful of raw, unpasteurized sauerkraut
